SIENA (SI), vicinity: near the centre of Siena, winery of approximately 85 hectares with farmhouse and annexes.

The land, divided into 4 bodies, is composed of:

* approximately 13 hectares of specialised Chianti Colli Senesi red IGT vineyard with production of Sangiovese, Merlot, Teroldego, Aglianico and Alicante. The vineyards were planted in 2005 – 2006 and are in full production;

* approximately 6 hectares of olive groves;

* approximately 2 hectares of arable land;

* approximately 56 hectares of woodland;

* approximately 4 hectares of meadow and pasture;

* approximately 3 hectares of land and buildings;

The rural complex consists of various buildings divided into:

* main building of 1,027 sqm on two levels with residential use;

* hut of 160 sqm;

* shed of 70 sqm;

* stalletti of 129 square metres

* caves dug into the tuff of 36 square metres.

In 2008, a project was approved to convert the above-mentioned buildings to residential use with the possibility of obtaining 10 residential flats of approximately 100 sqm each, one of which will remain in agricultural use.

The property is located in the centre of Tuscany, in the area of Siena (SI) in an easily reachable and well-connected position.
