The tower is built on 4 levels and there is a room on each floor.

On the ground floor there is the dining area with kitchenette, living room with fireplace and a bathroom with shower. The first floor comprises a large bathroom. The second floor features the double bedroom. On the third floor there is a study room, and a mezzanine with a futon.

The tower overlooks the garden and the woods which are part of the property.

The village of about 500 people is just at the back of the property. The top floor of the tower, boasts views over the Monte Rosa chain.

Nearby there are golf courses, horse stables, tennis courts and swimming pools which are half an hour by car. Also Lake Varese, lake Maggiore, and Lake Orta are half an hour by car.
