The spaces are enchanting, the high vaults and the many windows give the whole house an incredible sense of spaciousness. We are in Calci (PI), from the windows you can see the whole valley and on warm summer evenings the rooftop terrace is the ideal place for dinners.
The living area is like a large open space, the double room is very large and houses, on one side, a wonderful fireplace with a sofa and on the other the pool table. A glass door that disappears into the wall cleverly separates the living area from the dining and kitchen area, which is also very large and left open shows the large living spaces.
There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a studio with a wonderful view.
The internal staircase leads to the roof terrace, which is the added value of the house.
