Seaview building plot, Kavousi, Crete

Located in Ierapetra.
Plot of building land, located in the wonderful Mirabello Gulf region, in an elevated position, right at the top part of the village of Kavousi. This is considered to be the best spot in and around the village, offering uninterrupted views of the sea, the valley and the mountains.

The plot is 210 sq. meters in size.
Since it is inside the village planning zone, it has the building permission (allowance) to build a house or houses of up to a total of 186 m2 plus basement. Some space would be left for a pool, veranda, parking space or small garden.

The plot has road access and services (electricity, water and telephone connection with broadband internet) are present.

A few minutes walk down to the center of Kavousi.
About 3 km to the wonderful beach of Tholos.
About 5 km to the popular fishing village and the beach of Pahia Ammos.
The town of Ierapetra is about a 15 minutes drive from here and the province capital Agios Nikolaos 20 minutes by car.

The international airport of Heraklion is a 60 minutes drive from the plot.
