3. Listing Fees and Payment
- One-Time Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of £300 (plus £50 for featured optional) is required for each property listing.
- Payment Method: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Listing Activation: Your listing will be activated upon successful payment confirmation.
- No Refunds: Due to the nature of the service (advertise until sold or removed by you), refunds will not be issued.
4. User Accounts
- Registration: You must register an account to create and manage listings.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and listing creation.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Property Listings
- Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your property listings.
- Ownership: You must have the legal right to sell the property you list.
- Content: Listings must not contain misleading, false, or offensive content.
- Images: You must own or have the right to use the images uploaded for your listings.
- Removal: We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.
- Advertise until sold: Listings will remain active until you manually mark the property as sold, or we are notified that the property has been sold.
